At Ravago Building Solutions UK, we're proud to be the UK's original manufacturer of XPS insulation, with over 65 years of manufacturing heritage. Our products help create warmer, more energy-efficient buildings across the UK and Europe.

We're looking for motivated, practical people to join our production team. Manufacturing experience is welcome but not essential – if you're reliable, mechanically minded, enjoy solving problems, and want to learn new skills, we'd like to hear from you.

Whether you're coming from warehousing, logistics, construction, engineering, the military, transport, agriculture, hospitality, or another hands-on role, this could be the opportunity to start a rewarding long-term career in manufacturing.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Process Operator, you'll play a key role in producing our high-quality insulation products. Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll:

  • Operate our extrusion lines and production equipment
  • Monitor and control manufacturing processes to maintain product quality
  • Identify and resolve minor process issues and equipment faults
  • Carry out quality inspections and accurately record production data
  • Support routine maintenance and continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and teamwork

What We're Looking For

Hiring Information

This role is based on site in King’s Lynn.

This role reports to the Plant Manager, RBS King’s Lynn.

Working Pattern

  • 4 on / 4 off continuous shift pattern
  • 2 days, followed by 2 nights
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Annualised hours contract with holidays built into the rota
