Operator

Main accountabilities and responsibilities (including I Care)

An Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.

  • Regarding process skills/tasks: Operates process & equipment efficiently. Able to consistently apply the necessary standards to keep the process under control.
  • Regarding Mechanical skills/tasks: Understands the Operation and equipment, what it does/how it works & can carry out CIL tasks and perform simple maintenance tasks.
  • Lead small change-overs
  • Order and prepare raw materials and install them on the machine according Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well with other persons involved in running the machine.
  • Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation.
  • Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification rejecting and blocking if necessary.
  • Complete all required documentation and data files during production.

Experience and qualification requirements

  • High School, Technical Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an operator role in the manufacturing area
  • Proven experience with operating complex machinery or production equipment and understanding of the operational processes.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues with machines or equipment.
  • Process optimization experience or involvement in improving production workflows or efficiency.
  • Experience with safety protocols and maintenance procedures for equipment, including calibration, inspections, and cleaning.
