Process & Quality Specialist
Job Title: Process & Quality Specialist
Location: Manchester
Contract Duration: End of year
Financial Services: Wealth Management
Your role:
You will support WM Front Desk Heads & Client Advisors on process, regulatory, selected tools, and quality assurance (e.g. clean-ups, remediation, reviews) related topics.
You will:
- Ensure a smooth information flow (business integration) in and out of the desk on process, regulatory, selected tools, and quality assurance related topics, acting as an interface between functional units and the desk.
- Under the direction of the DH, support to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risk.
- Serve as the point of entry for process, regulatory, selected tools, and quality assurance related topics within the front desk.
- Enable desk members to use selected tools adequately and efficiently.

Your expertise:
- Know your Customer & Anti-Money Laundering knowledge
- Identify and propose process improvements, establish a sound risk and efficiency culture within the desk.
- Act as first-level support for desk members for complicated processes and tools issues.
- Drive technical onboarding and on-the-job coaching of new joiners.
- Ensure continuous processes and regulatory updates, and organize regular meetings and ad hoc on-the-job trainings for dedicated desk(s).
- Support the tracking and analysis of operational incidents and implementation of adequate measures.
