- Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday (37.5 hrs)
- Mon–Thurs: 7am–3pm
- Fri: 7am–12:30pm
- Location: Birmingham, B92
About the Role

This pivotal role ensures our processes are consistently efficient, well-documented, and compliant across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
A typical day may involve:

Operational Documentation:
- Develop, write, and maintain high-quality operational work instructions that support consistent and efficient processes company-wide.

Training Standards & Auditing:
- Support and conduct training audits to ensure colleagues adhere to established procedures.
- Audit training materials to confirm compliance with internal quality requirements, regulatory expectations, and compliance standards.

Training Delivery:
- Design and deliver engaging, effective training sessions to equip colleagues with the confidence and skills needed for operational success.

Continuous Improvement:
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for refining training content, documentation, and operational standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with operational teams, quality leads, and management to align training and documentation with business needs.

Reporting & Record Management:
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, audits, and compliance checks.
- Provide clear, actionable reports to leadership.

Work Instruction Expertise:
- Ability to create, update, and maintain clear, accurate work instructions—critical for ensuring consistent operational performance.

Strong Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication to explain processes effectively across all colleague levels.

Attention to Detail:
- High degree of accuracy and thoroughness in documenting operations, reviewing materials, and supporting audits.

Warehouse Operations Knowledge:
- Experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial, particularly for understanding workflows and processes.

Administration Experience:
- Essential qualifications in administrative tasks, including documentation control, record keeping, and process organisation.

Process-Focused Mindset:
- Comfortable working within structured procedures and advocating for continuous improvement.
