Position: Process Supervisor
Contract Type: Permanent – 45 hours
Location: Coventry
Shift: Nights / Monday-Friday

What you’ll do:
We are looking for a Process Supervisor; a key supervisory role within the National Hub reporting directly to the Process Manager. You will have the ability to work and manage the operation through your own team of warehouse operatives and have the flexibility to cover all areas within the hub operation.
This role will ensure the safe and efficient throughput of traffic within the various sortation areas of the National Hub operation in accordance with the individual work area requirements. You will promote an engaging working culture with high priority given to work place safety and operational efficiency.

Key Role Responsibilities:
- To ensure the effective deployment of all operational resource in accordance with the work area requirements and maintain records and accountability of staff including any agency deployed.
- To ensure all team members receive training and development to encourage a coaching and feedback culture.
- To ensure all pre and post shift equipment checks are completed and reported in accordance with the work area requirements.
- To ensure all KPI targets are achieved or exceeded in accordance with the work area requirements.
- Take initiative and make decisions that are right for colleagues, customers and the operation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in a comparable or acting supervisory role.
- Experience of managing large teams (20+).
