Location: Ferrybridge (Knottingley) & Skelton Grange (Leeds)

The opportunity
We are looking for two Process Technician Apprentices to join our team. This Level 3 Process Industry Manufacturing Technician (PIMT) apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in operating and maintaining a modern energy-from-waste facility.
As an apprentice, you will support the safe and efficient operation of boilers, turbines and plant systems, while developing technical skills and industry-recognised qualifications.

Apprenticeship structure
- Year 1: Full-time training at CATCH (Stallingborough near Grimsby) - accommodation, travel and uniform covered. Travel to sites is required between terms so a driving licence is advised. Sites are not easily accessible by public transport - travel arrangements required
- Years 2-3: On-site training at Ferrybridge or Skelton Grange
- Completion: End-point assessment (practical, knowledge test and interview)
- Gain: A Level 3 NVQ and technical certificate in process industries

Entry requirements
- English and Maths GCSE (grades 9-4/A*-C)
