Process Technician – Bridgwater Area (TA6)

Temporary Assignment with Potential to Go Permanent

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 days off)
Shift Hours: 12 Hours
Day Shift: 06:00 to 18:00
Night Shift: 18:00 to 06:00
Day Rate: £15.04ph (Basic + weekend allowance)
Night Rate: £16.54ph (Basic + Night shift & weekend allowance)

About the Role:

As a Process Technician, you'll be at the centre of the manufacturing operation, ensuring every batch of juice, smoothie and beverage is produced safely, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and mixing ingredients accurately to meet production requirements
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Handling raw materials, including moving and lifting drums up to 25kg
  • Monitoring production flow and planning ahead to avoid delays
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
  • Working independently while taking ownership of your area
