Process Transformation & AI Reinvention Consultant (Analyst to Senior Manager)

Are you passionate about transforming how businesses operate through AI, automation, and process innovation? We are growing our Process Transformation and AI Reinvention team and are hiring talent across Analyst, Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager levels.
In this role, you will help clients rethink and redesign business processes, integrate AI and agentic technologies into operations, and drive large-scale transformation programs that deliver measurable business value. Depending on your level, you may support analysis and design activities, lead client engagements, define transformation methodologies, manage teams, or advise senior executives on strategic change initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Assess industry, market, and business trends to identify transformation opportunities.
- Design and optimize future-state business processes, operating models, and workforce approaches.
- Integrate AI, automation, and agentic solutions into business processes and operating models.
- Apply AX Design principles to shape effective human and AI-agent interactions.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and co-creation sessions with clients.
- Develop benchmarking assessments, transformation roadmaps, and business recommendations.
- Support or lead change management and adoption activities.
- Contribute to business development, proposals, thought leadership, and reusable methodologies.
- Collaborate with technology, delivery, and industry specialists to implement transformation solutions.
- Coach and develop team members while helping build organizational capability.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in process excellence, business transformation, process redesign, management consulting, or operational improvement.
- Understanding of how AI, automation, and digital technologies can transform business operations.
- Experience analyzing data and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across multiple industries or functional domains and solve complex business challenges.
- Experience facilitating workshops, presenting recommendations, and influencing decision-making.
- Interest in or experience with AI agent design, human-AI collaboration, and emerging AI-enabled operating models.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Relevant experience aligned to level:
- Analyst: Early-career professionals with experience in process improvement, analytics, or consulting.
- Consultant: Experience leading workstreams, client workshops, and future-state process design.
- Manager: Experience managing teams, governing delivery quality, and leading transformation programs.
- Senior Manager: Experience advising senior executives, leading portfolios of work, driving commercial outcomes, and developing transformation capability at scale.
Preferred Experience
- Process mapping, process mining, or digital transformation methodologies.
- AI-assisted analytics, visualization, and business intelligence tools.
- Change management, operating model design, and organizational transformation.
- Business development, proposal creation, and client advisory experience.
- Thought leadership or domain expertise within a specific industry or business function.
