About the Role
The Heidelberg Materials (HM) International Business Service Centre (BSC) provides administrative, transactional, and accounting services to eligible HM companies. The Process Transformation Coordinator offers practical, day-to-day support to Project Managers and Senior Analysts working on transformation, reengineering, and automation initiatives within the BSC.
This role involves completing project tasks under direct supervision, maintaining project information, and supporting coordination activities. It serves as an entry-level position into project delivery and transformation, with ** guidance and mentorship** from senior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
Process & Change Support
- Gather information, data, and evidence to inform process analysis and improvement.
- Support process documentation, testing, and user material preparation under guidance.
- Ensure project outputs, documents, and artefacts are securely stored, maintained, and controlled in line with agreed standards.
Project Administration & Task Delivery
- Completes allocated project tasks under direction of a Project Manager, Transformation Manager, or Senior Analyst.
- Maintains project documentation, including trackers, action logs, and meeting records.
- Supports updates to project plans, milestones, and reporting materials.
- Ensures project information is accurate, up-to-date, and shared appropriately based on agile workflows.
Meeting & Coordination Support
- Organises project meetings and workshops, including scheduling, agenda-setting, and minute-taking.
- Tracks actions, follows up with stakeholders, and ensures timely completion.
- Coordinates inputs, data, and materials required for workshops, testing, and implementation activities.
Stakeholder Support
- Communicates project updates, materials, and actions as directed by the project team.
- Acts as a reliable first point of contact for routine queries and requests.
- Escalates questions, issues, or risks to the appropriate project or transformation leads.

Learning & Development
- Develops an understanding of basic project management principles, tools, and transformation approaches.
- Follows agreed project methodologies, templates, and controls.
- Actively seeks feedback and learning opportunities to build capability in transformation delivery.
