This Process Transformation Lead role delivers efficiency gains by leveraging modern technology, AI, and Microsoft Copilot to revolutionise our service charge and finance processes. You’ll:
- Drive end-to-end process reviews, identifying inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities.
- Design and implement scalable, technology-enabled solutions that improve data quality, accuracy, and turnaround times—critical for service charge setting, year-end reconciliations, and month-end reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, Data, and operational teams to embed transformative change.
- Future-proof processes to support sustained growth while aligning with financial controls and regulatory requirements.
A hybrid role, this opportunity combines strategic impact with flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact process improvement initiatives, ensuring manual effort is minimised and processes are future-ready.
- Work cross-functionally to analyse complex finance and service charge workflows, detect bottlenecks, and ensure solutions address both efficiency and quality.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders—from senior leadership to frontline teams—to drive adoption of improved processes.
- Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and data analytics to deliver actionable insights and reduce turnaround times by 20%+.

Requirements
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in process improvement, end-to-end process mapping, and automation/transformation projects within finance or service charge environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft technologies, especially Excel and Power BI, with hands-on exposure to AI tools like Co-Pilot.
- Strong analytical skills to navigate large or complex datasets in organisations of similar scale.
- Exceptional ability to translate stakeholder needs into practical process or technology-driven solutions.
- Confident stakeholder management, with experience influencing teams and driving cultural change.
Desirable
- Familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks and/or service charge compliance.
- Experience mentoring teams or embryos in process optimisation methodologies (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma).
