About the Role

We are looking for a talented Process Transformation Manager to join the Sales team within our English Language Teaching (ELT) Division on a 9-month fixed term contract. The role is responsible for developing, improving and embedding effective pre-sales and key account management processes across the ELT Division, ensuring they are fit-for-purpose and widely adopted. Working under the direction of the Head of Global Solutions and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Sales Operations, Custom Product, Digital Product), the role focuses on defining workflows, developing/improving automated tools and processes (e.g. with Power Automate), and supporting colleagues to apply these structured approaches in their day-to-day activity.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Lead the review, definition and continuous improvement of pre-sales processes for ELT Division solutions selling and key accounts.
  • Using Salesforce and Microsoft suite, develop tools for account planning that are accessible, useful, easy to use and widely adopted in the Division.
  • Identify workflows that are not functioning effectively, including processes in Power Automate, and take responsibility for fixing, simplifying, and standardising them.
  • Support the wider team to create playbooks, templates and tools that support solutions selling and key account management.
  • Support ongoing improvements to how the ELT sales and marketing organisation operates.
  • Produce clear, up-to-date documentation and how-to videos for processes, workflows, and standards.
  • Working with Sales Enablement and with wider Global Solutions colleagues, introduce and reinforce standard approaches across regions and teams, accelerating the move from ad hoc practices to more disciplined and repeatable processes.
  • Track how processes are being used in practice, identifying where they are not working or not being followed.
  • In response to feedback and pro-active continual reviews, identify priorities for improvement, making clear and actionable recommendations for changes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

  • Experience in operations transformation, process building, business analysis or comparable roles. Alternatively, experience in key account management with a systems/process focus.

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Power Automate. Can build flows, fix flows, and train colleagues in its use.
  • Confident with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint. Additionally, experience with Visio is desirable, not essential.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM to support planning, reporting or workflow design (highly desirable).
  • Experience working in a complex international organization (desirable).
