Role: Processing Agent
Salary: £26,000 + Commission

The Role
Our Processing Agents play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of key operational processes across our core product offerings. Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, and supplier partners, you will gather and verify essential information, manage contract processing activities, and ensure supplier agreements are accurately recorded and maintained.
Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The accurate execution of these daily processes is fundamental to the smooth operation and continued success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily batching processes, ensuring all contracts sold on the previous day are successfully submitted to the relevant suppliers.
- Maintain and update internal contract records, including uploading supplier reports and integrating new pricing data into internal systems.
- Update key internal and external performance trackers daily.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and supplier contacts to ensure all required information is available and accurate for each sale.
- Reconcile sales volumes with supplier records on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Partner with technology teams to identify opportunities for automation and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily outputs and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders, ensuring process effectiveness and transparency.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative, operational, or analytical role, ideally within a sales-driven or customer service environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and perform root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with multiple CRM systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience within processing, customer service, or contact centre environments.
- Understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices.
