A growing international broker is seeking a Processing Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional reinsurance solutions. Based in London, this position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to oversee the accurate processing and management of reinsurance transactions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance within a fast-growing, global organization.
The Processing Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing reinsurance documentation
- Maintaining precise data entry
- Reconciling premiums and claims
- Liaising with brokers, clients, and reinsurers to facilitate seamless communication

Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in handling data and financial figures
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Experience with reinsurance systems such as Xchanging, PPL, or IBS
- Prior experience in reinsurance or insurance brokerage environments
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with audit preparations and reporting

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Relevant degree in Insurance, Finance, or related fields preferred
- Several years of experience in reinsurance processing or a similar role within the insurance sector
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
- Flexibility for occasional coordination with international teams
