Processing Operator
We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Processing Operators to join our manufacturing team at the Cotes Park site. This role involves operating production equipment, handling raw materials, and ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Opportunities are available across both AM and PM shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor processing and mixing equipment in line with standard operating procedures
- Accurately weigh, measure, and add raw materials to production batches
- Follow batch sheets and ensure product quality meets specification
- Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
- Complete production records and documentation accurately
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized production environment (5S standards)
- Identify and report any process deviations, faults, or safety concerns

Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or processing environment is preferred
- Experience within chemical, food, or pharmaceutical production would be advantageous
- Basic understanding of production processes and safe working practices
- Good standard of numeracy and literacy
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
