Job Description
A great 12 month opportunity to join our Procurement Operations team, supporting colleagues across the business and helping ensure buying activity is efficient, well‑governed and customer‑focused. You’ll play a key role in keeping our procure‑to‑pay processes running smoothly, providing high‑quality support and helping teams make the right purchasing decisions.
What you'll be doing:
Managing requisition queues and progressing purchase order approvals in line with policy

Following up on queries and correcting documentation to keep transactions accurate and compliant
Delivering high‑quality procurement process support that enables users to work within risk guidelines
Supporting colleagues to adopt and follow procurement processes, standards and best practice
Capturing data accurately and on time to maintain strong data integrity
Working closely with Accounts Payable to reduce PO exceptions and improve PO penetration
Guiding business users through the purchase order and ordering process in line with company requirements
Ensuring procurement activity linked to external customer delivery aligns with Consumer Duty commitments
Who we're looking for:
Strong customer service skills with a positive, solutions‑focused approach
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Confident problem‑solving skills and sound judgement
Experience engaging and supporting a range of stakeholders
Attention to detail while maintaining awareness of the bigger picture
Ability to navigate conflict or resistance constructively, especially during change
Digital confidence and familiarity with procurement or buying processes
Working knowledge of Procurement / P2P tools such as Oracle, SAP or Workday
