Procurement Administrator x3 – Deeside
£16.37 per hour | 6 months (Temp to Perm Opportunity)
Full Time | 4 days on-site, 1 day from home

We're recruiting THREE Procurement Administrators for a highly reputable MOD client based in Deeside—offering more than just a job; a genuine career pathway.
This is a 6-month contract with clear potential for a permanent position. You’ll receive full support, development, and access to professional qualifications (CIPS) once you secure long-term status.

⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll provide indispensable administrative and procurement support to the team, including:
- Helping the procurement and commercial teams with day-to-day operations
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of purchase orders
- Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes and track order progress
- Supporting tenderer processes and ensuring compliance with procurement procedures
- Updating internal systems and databases with supplier and contract information
- Assisting with contract administration and reporting activities
- Ensuring all procurement activities align with MOD and public sector regulations

Ideal backgrounds include:
- Procurement / Purchasing Admin
- Sales Administrator
- Technical Administrator
- General office or project admin roles
Essential skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Confidence working with systems and Excel
- A genuine interest in building a career in procurement
