Procurement Administrator
Role Overview
You’ll play a key role in keeping our procurement function running smoothly, supporting everything from data and systems to supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Data, Reporting & Systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records
- Update and manage procurement systems (e.g. Procure Wizard, Trisaas)
- Produce spend analysis, benchmarking, and supplier performance reports
- Support hotels and internal teams in identifying cost-saving opportunities
Supplier Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Support the onboarding of new suppliers and maintain supplier records
- Obtain and evaluate quotations to ensure best value
- Monitor and report on supplier performance
General Procurement Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Procurement team
- Assist with contracts and RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and compliance standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Desirable
- Previous experience in a procurement or administrative role
- Experience using ERP or procurement systems (e.g. Procure Wizard)
- Understanding of supply chain processes
- Experience within the hospitality sector
