What you'll do:
As a Procurement Advisor Human Resources based in London, you will be instrumental in driving high-quality outcomes across the HR category by leveraging your expertise in sourcing strategy development and supplier management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with HR stakeholders to shape procurement approaches that align with both immediate needs and long-term organisational goals. - Champion continuous improvement by refining sourcing processes, tools, and governance frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across procurement operations.
- Ensure that all procurement activities align with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations as well as risk management best practices.
