What you'll do:

As a Procurement Advisor Human Resources based in London, you will be instrumental in driving high-quality outcomes across the HR category by leveraging your expertise in sourcing strategy development and supplier management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with HR stakeholders to shape procurement approaches that align with both immediate needs and long-term organisational goals. You will lead competitive tendering processes from start to finish—ensuring rigorous evaluation of suppliers—and play an active role in contract negotiations as well as ongoing relationship management. • Ensure that all procurement activities align with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations as well as risk management best practices.
  • Work collaboratively within a diverse team environment that values open communication, knowledge sharing, and mutual support among colleagues.
  • Provide ad hoc support to other procurement categories when required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving business priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
