Job Description
Are you organised, detail-focused, and confident working with systems, suppliers, and internal stakeholders? We’re looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our Finance team in London and help keep our purchasing activity accurate, efficient, and compliant.
- Create accurate purchase requisitions and ensure the right coding, supplier details, pricing, and documentation are in place
- Support colleagues across the UK business with procurement guidance and process requirements
- Work with suppliers and Accounts Payable to help resolve queries and support timely invoice processing
- Help improve requisition quality, reduce delays, and maintain clear, compliant records
This role would suit someone who enjoys bringing clarity and structure to processes, takes pride in accuracy, and works well with others to get things done.
Qualifications
- Experience working with procurement, finance, purchasing, accounts payable, or administrative processes
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate documentation and spot missing or unclear information
- Confident using procurement or ERP systems, ideally Workday
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the confidence to work with internal teams and suppliers
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and follow through to completion
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and willingness to support process improvement
