Procurement and Contracts Specialist
ECO Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Procurement and Contracts Specialist to support an international consulting and project implementation assignment in emerging markets.
The specialist will be responsible for:
- Preparing procurement plans, tender documents, requests for proposals, and evaluation reports
- Managing procurement processes for goods, works, and consulting services
- Reviewing commercial and contractual terms
- Supporting technical and financial proposal evaluations
- Drafting, reviewing, and administering contracts
- Monitoring contractor and supplier performance
- Managing contract variations, claims, extensions, and payment-related matters
- Ensuring compliance with applicable procurement procedures and project requirements
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in procurement, law, engineering, economics, business administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement and contract management
- Strong experience in internationally financed, infrastructure, industrial, or public-sector projects
- Knowledge of international procurement and contract management practices
- Experience with FIDIC or similar contractual frameworks would be an advantage
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills
