Your Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement and Facilities Management Specialist  to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of materials and products in line with quality and cost standards.Your Impact Scout and evaluate new suppliers for innovative technical solutions to ensure present and future material availability. Develop and implement sourcing strategies, improvement initiatives, and performance metrics to monitor supplier performance and drive cost reduction. Lead sourcing projects aimed at achieving productivity and savings targets. Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Develop supplier strategies to secure the best pricing and overall value. Collaborate closely with the R&D department to support product development and innovation. Optimize the supplier base and leverage procurement spend to create a competitive advantage. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuring they are safe, secure, and well-maintained. Manage building maintenance schedules, including planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety, risk assessments, and statutory inspections. Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, maintenance, equipment etc.). Lead on space planning and office moves, ensuring efficient use of space and minimal disruption. Respond to facility-related emergencies and coordinate appropriate responses. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and compliance documentation. Support sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency improvements across the sites. Manage the daily operations of the office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries. Monitor office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency. About You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Comprehensive knowledge of purchasing processes, procurement strategies, and sourcing techniques.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and build long-term supplier relationships.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
