Procurement Coordinator

We’re partnering with a leading interior design studio based in Jesmond, who are looking to add a Procurement Coordinator to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys organisation, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in getting the details right.

Working alongside an experienced procurement team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring projects are supplied with the correct products, in the right quantities, delivered to the right site, exactly when they're needed. With tight project deadlines and high client expectations, accuracy and reliability are essential.

What you'll be doing

  • Selecting products from an established internal catalogue to fulfil project requirements.
  • Liaising with suppliers to place and manage orders.
  • Coordinating deliveries to ensure the correct products arrive on the right site, on time.
  • Monitoring orders and resolving any delivery issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Working closely with the design and project teams to support the successful delivery of interior design projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
