Procurement Assistant (Remote) – £32,000 + Training Provided – Entry Level

Location: Remote

Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and organised Procurement Assistant to join their growing remote team.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training provided, making it ideal for graduates, administrators, customer service professionals, and individuals looking to begin a career in procurement, purchasing, and supply chain operations.

As a Procurement Assistant, you will support the procurement team by coordinating supplier information, processing purchasing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure goods and services are sourced efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with purchase orders and procurement administration.
  • Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and enquiries.
  • Monitor order progress and delivery schedules.
  • Support supplier onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and procurement data.
  • Ensure purchasing records are accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support procurement activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the procurement team.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

Previous administration, customer service, retail, logistics, purchasing, or office support experience is advantageous. No previous procurement experience required – full training provided.
