We’re supporting a fast-growing services organisation with the confidential recruitment of a Procurement Business Partner — a strategic role partnering with Product, Operations, and Commercial teams to shape supplier strategy, negotiate contracts, and drive continuous improvement.
This role acts as the strategic interface between Procurement and Product, influencing sourcing decisions, supplier performance, and commercial outcomes. “Act as the strategic interface between Procurement and Product, negotiate contracts and drive continuous improvement across key services.”
What You’ll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Operations to translate business needs into sourcing strategies
- Lead sourcing across multiple service categories
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing structures
- Develop strategic supplier partnerships
- Analyse supplier spend and performance
- Drive cost optimisation and value creation
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement
- Ensure robust contract management, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Champion sustainability, ethical sourcing, and continuous improvement

- Proven procurement experience (service sector desirable)
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience partnering with commercial or product teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Ability to balance cost, quality, and customer experience
- Collaborative, relationship-focused approach
- Comfort operating at both strategic and operational levels
