Procurement Business Partner (Bids & Mobilisations)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
ISS Facility Services UK are seeking a Procurement Business Partner, with a strong background in supporting Bids and/or Contract Mobilisations, to provide procurement support across UK contracts, ensuring seamless supplier implementation and robust contractual governance.
Job Overview
This role focuses on supporting procurement activities during the mobilisation phase of contracts, ensuring supplier agreements are implemented effectively and aligned with client requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure a smooth transition from contract award through to operational delivery, maintaining high standards of performance and compliance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in drafting and negotiating contracts, managing supplier performance, and identifying and mitigating risks. This position requires a highly organised and commercially aware professional who can operate at pace, maintain attention to detail, and deliver consistent outcomes across a varied estate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support procurement activity across UK contracts, ensuring effective implementation of supplier agreements.
- Lead drafting, negotiation, and compliance of contract documents.
- Ensure flow-down of contract-specific terms and alignment with client requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships, including performance standards, KPIs, and SPIs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver successful contract implementation.
- Maintain strong contractual governance and oversight throughout the mobilisation phase.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial and operational risks.
- Support efficient processes for planned and preventative work packages across the estate.
Person Specification
- Strong procurement background and proven experience supporting Bids/Mobilisations
- Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in supplier relationship management.
- Solid understanding of compliance and contractual governance.
- Ability to manage risk and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to work at pace.
