Procurement Coordinator - Ivalua

12 months contract – 40 hours per week – 52 EUR per hour (+VAT)
Independent Contractor – fully remote – (This is 416 EUR per day)

Join a dynamic organization as a Procurement Coordinator for Core Platforms, a pivotal role dedicated to managing third-party spend and streamlining procurement operations. In this role, you will be at the heart of the sourcing process, ensuring seamless purchase order execution, fostering vendor relationships, and supporting continuous process improvements. Your contribution will directly impact the efficiency, compliance, and success of our procurement functions, empowering business teams with reliable sourcing and procurement support.

Required Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of procurement standards, guidelines, and vendor management
  • Proven experience with purchasing processes and vendor relationship oversight
  • Familiarity with task/ticketing systems, preferably Ivalua
  • Strong administrative abilities, including resolving invoice and PO queries independently
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and unwavering accuracy
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience executing sourcing activities such as launching RFPs and managing supplier documentation
  • Familiarity with procurement compliance and risk management practices
  • Additional language skills to enhance stakeholder communication

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Relevant background in procurement, supply chain, or business administration
  • Prior experience in administrative roles supporting procurement or sourcing teams

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain documentation and contractual records in accordance with compliance standards
  • Willingness to support sourcing and vendor registration processes
  • No specific travel or certifications required, but familiarity with procurement tools like Ivalua is advantageous
