We're looking for a Procurement Data & Analytics Manager to help transform how data is used across our Procurement function. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical thinker who enjoys turning complex information into meaningful insight that drives performance, sustainability and business growth.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Procurement Data & Analytics Manager, you'll lead the development of data, reporting and analytical capabilities across Procurement, helping stakeholders make informed decisions and unlock opportunities for continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining data governance standards to ensure procurement data remains accurate, reliable and trusted.
- Designing and delivering dashboards, reports and analytics that provide clear, actionable insight for procurement and business stakeholders.
- Partnering with IT and Finance teams to ensure systems and tools effectively support procurement data requirements.
- Driving initiatives to improve data quality, automate reporting and enhance analytical capabilities across the function.
- Monitoring procurement KPIs and performance metrics, providing valuable insight and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Supporting strategic projects through data-led analysis, including sustainability and ESG initiatives.
- Leading Scope 3 emissions reporting and Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) submissions in partnership with the ESG team.
- Staying ahead of emerging analytics tools, technologies and industry best practice to continually improve performance and capability.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, commercially aware and passionate about using data to influence meaningful business decisions.
You'll bring:
- Experience in data analytics, reporting or business intelligence roles, ideally within Procurement, Supply Chain or a similar commercial environment.
- Strong experience using analytical tools such as Power BI, Pyramid Analytics and Excel, alongside ERP systems such as SAP.
- An understanding of procurement processes and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
- The ability to translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence working across multiple business functions.
- A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
