Salary: Up to £70,000 + Excellent Package Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)
A fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation at the heart of a major Procurement transformation.
This is a highly visible role where you'll shape how Procurement uses data to drive commercial decisions across a global business. Working with senior stakeholders, you'll develop market-leading reporting, analytics, and dashboards that provide real insight into spend, supplier performance, savings, and operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Procurement reporting and analytics across global transformation programmes.
- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards covering spend, savings, supplier performance, compliance, and KPIs.
- Partner with Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Integrate data from multiple systems using SQL to create trusted reporting datasets.
- Improve data quality, governance, and reporting consistency.
- Automate manual reporting processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Support UAT, resolve reporting issues, and manage ongoing enhancements.
- Deliver executive reporting to support strategic procurement decisions.
- Train and support Procurement teams to maximise self-service reporting.

About You
- Experience delivering reporting and analytics within Procurement, Supply Chain, or a commercial function.
- Strong Power BI dashboard development skills.
- SQL experience for extracting and transforming data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Understanding of procurement spend analytics, supplier reporting, and KPI development.
- Experience supporting transformation programmes.
- Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
