R&D Partners is seeking a Procurement Delivery Manager to support sourcing and supplier management activities within the Clinical Laboratories space. This role focuses on ensuring efficient procurement processes, building strong supplier relationships, and delivering cost-effective solutions to meet business needs. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable procurement plans.
- Conduct market research and analyze supplier options to optimize costs and quality.
- Support day-to-day operational procurement tasks and customer-oriented projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective delivery of services.
- Apply knowledge of clinical laboratory commodities such as genomics, bioanalytics, biomarkers, and central laboratories.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Key Skills and Requirements:
- A degree in business, life sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
- Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and project execution.
- Familiarity with procurement systems, processes, and supplier management.
- Knowledge of clinical laboratory commodities and adjacent areas.
- Strong skills in contract negotiation, cost optimization, and market analysis.
- Proficiency in project management and problem-solving.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Open-minded, inclusive, and eager to learn and improve continuously.
