Role Overview
A fast-moving and growing service that facilitates MFT and surrounding community functions supplying medical consumables/equipment/PPE. Ensuring the prompt and efficient handling, processing, and routing of goods through our trust PDC and R&D functions. Using our inventory management system for processes such as ordering, receiving, stock checking, cycle counting, and the raising of electronic documentation for goods received.
Ensuring that accurate documentation is available for invoice clearance and audit purposes.
Receive daily PUSH deliveries of medical consumable items from MFT's Procurement distribution Centre for onward delivery. Ensuring full quality checks, count, and general storage of items are completed.
Picking and packing of general consumables and PPE lines to fulfill orders for all MFT and community areas.
Receive and quality check deliveries from NHSSC and direct from suppliers ensuring stock quantities and product references match the order raised.
