Procurement Excellence Manager – 12 Month FTC

£50,000 – £70,000 + Bonus + Package

Location: London – 2 days per week in London

A leading UK media business going through a large piece of M&A activity is looking for a Procurement Excellence Manager to join on a 12-month FTC, supporting across a broad range of procurement operations and transformation projects.

This is a varied role sitting within the procurement function, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business on projects covering AI, data, risk, policy, process improvement and wider procurement operations. It would suit someone adaptable, bright and delivery-focused who enjoys working at pace and getting stuck into different areas.

This is not a narrow category role. It is more of a consulting-style position within an in-house procurement team, where you will be expected to support on a range of initiatives, help build structure around processes and drive projects forward.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
