The Change Partners are working with a tier-1 global consumer brand that is looking for a Procurement Executive to join their European procurement function.

This role will support the management of outsourced IT services across Europe, acting as the key coordinator between internal stakeholders, external agencies and the HQ. You'll play an important role in ensuring supplier performance, contractor management and procurement operations run smoothly across the business.

This can be hired on a day rate or a 12-month FTC, with yearly extensions, offering a salary of £44,000.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate relationships with multiple external IT suppliers, recruitment agencies and wider B2B partners across Europe.
  • Support the day-to-day management of outsourced contractors, ensuring processes and documentation are maintained accurately.
  • Monitor supplier and contractor performance, producing regular reports and identifying trends or areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and HQ to coordinate procurement activities and supplier communications.
  • Maintain procurement records, contractor information and operational documentation.
  • Prepare regular reports using Excel, analysing supplier performance and operational data.
  • Support procurement administration, governance and compliance activities across the European business.
  • Coordinate onboarding, extensions and other contractor lifecycle activities where required.

Your background:

  • Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas, data manipulation and reporting.
  • Experience within procurement coordination, vendor management, account management, supplier management, contractor management or procurement administration.
  • Experience within IT, technology, consultancy or professional services environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple suppliers, stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate operational records.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working across international teams.
