Senior Advisory Procurement Lawyer
Join our market-leading Public Procurement team at Addleshaw Goddard. Ranked Band 1 (UK-wide) in the Chambers directory for 19 consecutive years, our team advises on some of the UK's most significant and innovative procurement projects across:
- Government
- Transport
- Utilities
- Healthcare
- Defence
- Regeneration
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced advisory (non-contentious) procurement lawyer to work on complex, high-profile matters, take on greater responsibility, develop client relationships, and help shape the future of our growing practice.
What You’ll Do

Lead on complex procurement matters, advising:
- Public authorities
- Utilities
- Contracting partners
- On procurement strategy, direct awards, contract modifications, and regulatory compliance

Manage procurement workstreams across:
- Large, multi-disciplinary projects in transport, utilities, IT, outsourcing, construction, real estate, and defence

Who We’re Looking For

A qualified lawyer with:
- Significant post-qualification experience advising on:
- Public procurement
- Utilities procurement matters
- Significant post-qualification experience advising on:

Strong technical expertise, with:
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-value matters
- Commercially focused advisory skills
