Full time 37.5 hours per week, working from Monday to Friday

Job Description

As Procurement Lead you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Telecoms Security Act in accordance with VodafoneThree policies and requires someone that works closely with their line manager, the Senior Manager Procurement – Networks and the VPC to provide expert advice and guidance. They will be required to provide creative challenge and thought leadership to influence and support business decision making.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all supplier contracts, renewals, and variations include TSA‑aligned security, resilience, and reporting clauses.
  • Support the preparation and management of evidence packs for external audits, regulatory submissions, and governance forums.
  • Support end‑to‑end compliance with TSA reporting obligations
  • Support the update of TSA‑related procurement policies, standards, processes, and supplier assurance frameworks.
  • Contribute to broader security and resilience programmes within the organisation.
  • Execute and deliver on delivery plan including interaction with senior stakeholders across VodafoneThree including the Regulatory, Legal and Security teams to identify, manage and mitigate risks to ensure delivery.

Qualifications

Job Requirements, Knowledge & Experience:

Must be able to demonstrate:

  • Stakeholder influence: Confident engaging senior leaders, legal teams, security teams, and suppliers.
  • Collaboration: Works effectively across functions in a matrix environment.
  • Communication: Clear, concise communicator able to simplify technical and regulatory detail.
  • Problem‑solving: Finds practical, risk‑balanced solutions while maintaining regulatory integrity.
  • Engagement and relationship building abilities (both internally and externally and, to all seniority levels). Naturally accessible. Able to communicate complex challenges in simple terms
  • Experience of working within teams to develop complex, business wide category and supplier strategies.
  • Experience of senior stakeholder level business partnering.
