Logistics and Procurement Coordinator (18-month contract) - Chesterfield - c£37,000
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be exclusively partnering with a growing engineering business based in Chesterfield that is looking to appoint a Logistics and Procurement Coordinator to join its Supply Chain team on an 18-month maternity cover contract.

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across road, sea and air freight
- Manage international import and export activity, ensuring compliance with customs regulations
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers and packing providers to ensure on time deliveries
- Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation
- Monitor freight performance, resolve delays and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Raise and manage purchase orders for spares and selected components
The Person
- Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain or procurement role
- Experience coordinating international imports and exports
- Strong understanding of customs processes and shipping documentation
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills
