JOB SUMMARY
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Procurement Manager to join our global team.
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for executing procurement strategy for a Financial & Professional Services Client. This role will work closely with the Client's Procurement and Operations Team to deliver objectives, ensure best practice adoption across service categories, and consistently achieve high standards of performance, financial targets, cost effectiveness, and resource efficiency.
The candidate must possess:
- Working knowledge of facility management sourcing across industries including construction, projects, janitorial, grounds, mail room services, food services, and waste management
- Experience in category management, supplier performance management, and e-procurement platforms
- Strong cost analysis, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
This individual will act as a subject matter expert in procurement, driving strategy and operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Category & Procurement Strategy
- Develop and communicate procurement vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with the Client’s strategic objectives
- Deliver procurement plans across the UK & Ireland, incorporating market dynamics, cost benchmarking, and operational scope
- Introduce innovation and industry best practices in procurement processes
Procurement Process Leadership
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes contributing to financial and procurement objectives (savings, supplier rationalisation, diversity improvements)
- Oversee tenders including scope development, bid documents preparation, evaluation, negotiation, recommendation, and compliance

Pricing & Contract Management
- Conduct pricing analysis and benchmarking
- Execute timely contract negotiations, drafting, and surveyance
- Support procurement initiatives and supplier/stakeholder communications
- Identify cost savings and value-add opportunities
- Ensure alignment with the Client’s diversity and sustainability goals
Commercial & Contract Oversight
- Manage contracts database, compliance, and budget development
- Tracking supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and driving continuous improvement
- Build internal organisational satisfaction through feedback & corrective action mechanisms
Supplier Performance Management (SPM)
- Partner with Key suppliers to improve performance and reduce costs
- Lead Supplier Business Reviews
- Enhance supplier relationships for long-term value
Savings Program Management
- Track and report on identified versus delivered savings
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure alignment with governance/compliance requirements
- Implement new procurement systems and processes
- Maintain Procurement Playbooks for operational knowledge
- Lead legal and ethical compliance for procurement activities
Reporting
- Provide monthly savings reports and ad-hoc procurement reports for the Client
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, diversity, sustainability metrics

- Strong commercial acumen and experience in delivering substantial savings
- Proficient analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Collaborative and tenacious—balancing short-term gains with long-term relationships
- FM specialised knowledge and deep supply chain understanding
- Exceptional ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
