An exciting opportunity has arisen within a complex and fast-paced organisation for a Procurement Manager to join a high-performing procurement function. You'll play a key role in delivering value-driven sourcing activity, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring procurement best practice across a broad range of categories.
Your new role
You will deliver end-to-end sourcing activity and support the successful execution of procurement strategies. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will:
- Lead sourcing exercises across multiple categories
- Support development of sourcing strategies and routes to market
- Negotiate with suppliers and contribute to contract development
- Provide expert procurement advice to internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliant, value-for-money outcomes aligned with organisational policies
- Support supplier engagement, performance monitoring, and risk management
- Collaborate with contract management teams to ensure smooth delivery post-award
- Apply sustainability, market insight, and risk awareness to sourcing decisions

To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience delivering procurement or sourcing activity
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and sourcing methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and supplier relationship skills
- Confidence advising non-procurement stakeholders
