We're looking for a Procurement Manager – Central Services to join our Procurement team and lead a diverse portfolio of business-critical service categories. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how we source, manage and optimise key professional and corporate services across the business while building strong partnerships that help Premier Foods thrive.
What you'll be doing?
As Procurement Manager – Central Services, you'll take ownership of end-to-end procurement activity across a broad range of categories including Legal, Financial Services, Property & Estates, Travel, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Occupational Health and Health & Safety.
You'll,
- Develop and implement category strategies that deliver value, innovation and continuous improvement across the Central Services portfolio.
- Analyse spend data and market insight to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and optimise supplier performance.
- Lead sourcing activities including tender processes, supplier evaluations and commercial negotiations.
- Establish and manage contracts, framework agreements and service arrangements that deliver clear commercial value and strong performance outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure robust governance, risk management and compliance across all managed categories.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Talent, Property, Learning & Development and wider business stakeholders to provide commercial insight and procurement expertise.
- Support sustainability and ESG priorities through responsible sourcing practices and supplier engagement.
- Deliver cost efficiencies, service improvements and measurable value across your portfolio.

What we're looking for?
We're looking for someone who combines commercial expertise with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering business impact.
You'll bring:
- Experience procuring professional and corporate services such as legal, financial, HR, recruitment, property, travel, health & safety or training services.
- Strong sourcing, negotiation and contract management experience across multiple categories.
- A track record of driving supplier performance and continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance cost, service, risk and sustainability considerations.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, team-focused approach and a genuine desire to build strong partnerships across the business.
