What You Will Be Doing
- Leading talent and succession planning programmes

- Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business

- Using workforce insights and analytics to drive decisions
- Coaching HR teams on talent best practice

What You Will Need to Succeed
- Extensive experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development or HR
- Experience delivering global talent programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience using talent analytics and workforce insights
- Strategic, commercial and project management expertise
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience
