About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Procurement & Supplier Management Analyst to join our Group Procurement & Supplier Management team. Operating within the first line of defence (1LOD), you will play a key role in delivering a business-partnering approach across the organisation.
This role will support business units throughout the full procurement lifecycle – including sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier onboarding, renewals, and forward planning – while ensuring robust third-party risk management and regulatory compliance.
You will also contribute to developing procurement maturity, providing meaningful management information, and strengthening supplier governance across the Group.

- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group’s Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management framework.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver sourcing activities, market research, and supplier selection.
- Assist in contract negotiation, supplier onboarding, renewals, and termination processes.
- Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and cost efficiencies in collaboration with Finance and business stakeholders.
- Support governance structures overseeing supplier performance, service delivery, and contractual compliance.
- Contribute to training and awareness initiatives to improve procurement knowledge across the Group.
- Assist with external legal interactions where required.
- Develop and maintain procurement guidance materials for business-wide use.

About You Skills & Capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
Experience & Knowledge
- Experience in procurement and/or supplier management
- Exposure to financial services is advantageous.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (FCA, PRA, EBA) relating to outsourcing and third-party risk management is highly desirable.
