Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with a growing consultancy to recruit a Procurement Manager into their expanding procurement team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the business during a period of significant growth and investment, supporting housing sector clients with the delivery of procurement projects.
They are looking to speak with procurement professionals who have strong experience delivering end-to-end public sector procurements and who enjoy building relationships, managing multiple workstreams, and operating within a fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support clients with end-to-end procurement projects from strategy development through to contract award.
- Manage regulated procurement exercises, including RFPs, tenders, evaluations, negotiations, and supplier selection.
- Ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
- Provide expert procurement advice and guidance to stakeholders throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and suppliers, acting as a trusted procurement partner.

Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement projects within a public sector or regulated environment.
- Strong working knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) and Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR2015).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.
