Founded in 2004, manufacturing innovative health products for the world’s leading brands, we are an award-winning industry leader in the field of full-service nutraceutical supply. We specialise in the production of the highest quality Tablets, Capsules, Gummies, Softgels, and Powder Blends.

Our Purpose

To enhance quality of life and longevity for all.

Our Vision

Shape the future of nutraceuticals with market leading innovation, quality and collaborative partnerships.

Our Core Values

  • Healthier Together – Learn, Grow, and Succeed as one team.
  • Innovation – Pursue growth, drive change and take risks.
  • Excellence – Go beyond requirements and expectations.
  • Passion – Enthusiasm and determination to succeed.
  • Respect – Be modest, humble, open and honest.
  • Vitality – Culture of fun, energy, health and balance for success.

Role Summary

Normal Working Pattern:
Monday-to-Friday (0830-1700hrs)

Key Accountabilities & Commercial KPIs:

  • Year-on-year cost reduction through strategic category leverage, without compromising quality or service levels.
  • Improvement in total cost of ownership (TCO) across all major category spend areas.
  • Contracted cost avoidance measured against inflation or market price movements.
  • Value creation beyond price (e.g., supplier-led innovation, process efficiency gains, or joint continuous improvement initiatives).
  • Supplier performance improvement measured through on-time delivery (OTIF), quality (PPM/defect rates), and service levels.
  • Risk mitigation (e.g., reduction in single-source dependency, improved supplier diversification, minimising excess stock, or successful contingency planning).
  • Internal stakeholder satisfaction with procurement's commercial contribution and service delivery.

What You'll Own

Strategic Category Direction & Commercial Leverage:

You will lead the procurement function within our UK Centre of Excellence, with full responsibility for strategically directing category spend. You will identify, assess, and exploit the best commercial opportunities — from raw materials to indirect services — using market intelligence, demand analysis, and supplier economics to drive maximum operational and financial effectiveness.

Supplier Relationship & Performance Management:

Working closely with the Board of Executives and the Parkacre Management Team, you will lead critical supplier negotiations and partnership frameworks. You will be the bridge between category strategy and commercial execution, ensuring that every supplier relationship is structured to deliver competitive advantage.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Culture of Zero Waste (Value-Driven Procurement):

You will be responsible for cultivating a procurement culture that relentlessly drives out all forms of waste — whether that's cost, time, or inefficiency. You will develop and maintain a highly organised, data-driven, and consistent approach to category planning, tendering, contracting, and performance review.

Best Practice & Service Excellence:

You will champion wider improvement strategies across Parkacre that build upon best-in-class procurement practice. We need a smooth, agile supply chain that delights internal stakeholders and external customers alike. Consistency in process is not just a goal; it is the standard you will set.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned procurement professional who understands that true value comes from strategically directing category expertise to seize commercial opportunities — not just running tenders.
  • A Change Agent: You don't shy away from complexity. You see the big picture and have the gravitas to influence at all levels, while having the detail-orientation to exploit category-specific market dynamics for commercial gain.
  • A Category & Commercial Strategist: You have a proven track record of strategically directing category expertise to leverage the best commercial opportunities — delivering sustainable cost savings, improved terms, and value beyond price. You don't just buy; you shape markets.
  • A Team Developer: You know that a high-performing procurement function is built by a motivated team. You are passionate about developing talent and fostering a culture of accountability, ethics, and commercial creativity.
  • A Strategic Partner: You understand that procurement excellence — powered by smart category direction — is the foundation of business growth. You are ready to play a pivotal role in delivering our 2026 business strategy and beyond.

When applicable, attend supplier exhibitions, industry events, and trade fairs to identify sourcing opportunities, market developments, and supplier innovations.

Contribute to the continuous improvement by identifying and taking ownership of opportunities for improvement to the processes you use, the services you will provide, and the values you can add to our organisation.
