Procurement Manager

Indirect Procurement Manager – Warehousing

Location: London – 5 days per week Salary: £80,000 – £110,000 + Bonus

A technology and logistics business is seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Manager to lead procurement activity across its Warehousing category as it continues to expand its European operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth organisation where procurement plays a strategic role in supporting one of Europe’s fastest-growing logistics networks. You'll be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing key supplier relationships and delivering commercial value across warehousing infrastructure and operational services.


The Role

Reporting into the European Procurement team, you'll take ownership of procurement activity across the Warehousing category, along with other indirect categories, partnering with operations and logistics teams to support the continued growth of the business.

  • Leading strategic sourcing projects across warehousing, storage, and distribution-related spend.
  • Developing category strategies that support operational growth while delivering cost efficiencies and service improvements.
  • Managing supplier selection, tender processes, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
  • Building long-term relationships with warehouse operators, storage providers, and associated service partners.
  • Working closely with operations, logistics, finance, and legal stakeholders to deliver procurement projects.
  • Conducting spend analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and supplier consolidation.
  • Monitoring supplier performance through KPIs, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting wider indirect procurement activity across facilities management, logistics services, and business operations where required.
  • Collaborating with global procurement colleagues to align regional sourcing strategies with wider business objectives.

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded procurement professional with experience managing warehousing, storage, or logistics-related categories within a complex and fast-paced organisation.

You'll ideally have:

  • 5+ years' procurement experience, with strong exposure to warehousing, logistics, or supply chain categories.
  • Experience sourcing warehouse operations, storage facilities, fulfilment services, or related infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to lead complex sourcing exercises and negotiate high-value commercial agreements.
  • Strong supplier relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering measurable savings and value.
  • Experience operating within logistics, e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or distribution environments would be highly advantageous.
  • The ability to work effectively within an international, matrix organisation.
