Procurement Manager - Bus Franchising

About You

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional with a strong understanding of procurement best practice, contract management principles and public sector governance.

• You will have experience managing procurement exercises and providing commercial advice within a complex organisational environment.
• You will be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and delivering solutions that support operational and strategic objectives.
• You will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex procurement requirements clearly and confidently to a variety of audiences.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills will enable you to manage workloads effectively and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Most importantly, you will be committed to delivering a high-quality procurement service that promotes compliance, innovation, value for money and continuous improvement across SYMCA.
