We are partnering with a rapidly growing European Data Centre business to recruit a Procurement Manager to join their newly created Procurement team…
We are partnering with an ambitious European data centre organisation that has recently established a greenfield procurement function. Following the successful appointment of an experienced Head of Procurement, the business is now looking to make its second strategic procurement hire.
This is a broad procurement role supporting a rapidly growing data centre operator. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating across multiple indirect procurement categories and flexing to the needs of the business.
The role is an individual contributor reporting to the Head of Procurement and is intended to create immediate capacity across the procurement function.
We are looking for someone who can independently lead procurement activity from strategy through to contract execution. The successful candidate should be capable of operating with minimal supervision and be comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
