Job Purpose
The Procurement Manager will support the delivery of strategic sourcing and category management across non-supply chain spend within EMEA. Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders and suppliers, the role is responsible for leading sourcing activities, managing commercial relationships, and contributing to procurement excellence and driving measurable commercial outcomes across the organisation.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across assigned spend areas
- Support development and execution of category strategies aligned to business priorities
- Own and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers across assigned categories
- Act as the primary procurement contact, ensuring alignment on sourcing priorities and delivery
- Build trusted relationships that enable effective collaboration and decision-making
- Lead supplier performance management, including KPI tracking, structured reviews, and improvement plans
- Deliver procurement processes including tendering, negotiation, and contracting, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Support implementation and optimisation of procurement systems (e.g. COUPA)
- Contribute to improving procurement processes and increasing stakeholder adoption
- Lead sourcing projects with defined scope and commercial impact

Qualifications
Position Requirements
- Strong experience in procurement or sourcing
- Experience leading sourcing activities end-to-end
- Exposure to cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Experience in Life Sciences or regulated environment preferred
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capability
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) is advantageous
- Experience working with eProcurement or P2P systems (e.g. COUPA, SAP, Ariba)
