Procurement Manager – 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

The Team
The easyJet Procurement Team handles a substantial portion of the company’s external spend. As part of the Operations Procurement Team, you’ll specialise in Ground Handling and Aircraft Appearance, driving value and engagement across categories while aligning suppliers with our vision.

The Role
As Procurement Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Leading the Procurement Category Plan and driving analytics, strategies, and innovation in your area
- Partnering with stakeholders and suppliers to maximise value and foster growth
- Managing tender processes, developing standardised contracts, and refining procurement templates
- Collaborating across teams to supercharge vendor relationships, ensuring seamless execution and SMAC (Supplier Management Agreement Compliance)
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a strategic procurement professional who can contribute:
- Stellar negotiation and stakeholder influence—building conviction and fostering Best for Money policies internally
- Ability to analyse market dynamics and design forward-thinking category plans
- Comfortable working with senior leadership (e.g., Captain, Toolbox, or formulated team-level changes)
- Legal and compliance acumen – understanding complex contracts, tender briefs, and business law
- Financial analysis skills for spending reviews, budget management, and cost-saving insights
- A drive to improve processes and repeat benefits with unwavering tenacity
- Experience in competitive procurement processes (DFM, Competitive Debriefings, etc.)
- Advantageous: Prior exposure to airlines, ground-handling suppliers, or supplier management teams
- Agility to thrive in a fast, dynamic, and unstructured environment, influencing upwards and across teams towards better outcomes

Working Arrangements
This full-time (40-hour week) role is based in Luton. While hybrid working is supported, the requirement is 60% office presence per month.
