Description
- Lead procurement and supplier management activities to support business growth.
- Develop sourcing strategies that enhance cost, quality, and supply continuity.
- Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Partner with operational teams to ensure materials and services meet business requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes, supplier performance, and inventory management.
Profile
- Proven procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
- Commercially minded with experience delivering cost and efficiency improvements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading procurement initiatives and driving operational improvements.
