Procurement Manager (Interim)

Day rate: £350 (Inside IR35)
Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK’s largest Financial Services firms to recruit a Procurement Manager on a 3-4 month interim basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a procurement function where you will be able to impact the team in shaping procurement strategy, delivering commercial value, and strengthening supplier governance across the Group.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement activity, including sourcing strategy, RFPs, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, contract award, and supplier onboarding.
- Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships, ensuring strong performance, governance, and ongoing value delivery.
- Drive cost optimisation, process improvements, and risk mitigation through effective category management and strategic sourcing.
- Ensure procurement processes comply with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and third-party risk management standards.

Experience & Requirements
- Experience managing end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Experience working within Financial Services or another regulated industry.
