About this Opportunity
We are seeking a Procurement Manager responsible for managing sourcing, procurement, supplier onboarding, contract administration, and purchase order execution activities across multiple EMEA countries. The role supports the delivery of procurement strategies and operational procurement requirements for large-scale capital projects, infrastructure programmes, and business operations.
Contract Type
Contract – Initial 12 Months (with potential extension)
Location
Remote (EMEA) – Candidates may be based anywhere within the EMEA region, provided they are able to support EMEA business hours.
Responsibilities
- Supporting procurement leadership in delivering business and operational objectives.
- Positively engaging with internal stakeholders and developing strong working relationships across project teams, legal, finance, operations, and suppliers.
- Delivering high-quality procurement services and ensuring sourcing and purchasing activities meet business requirements and governance standards.
- Managing end-to-end sourcing activities in accordance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Leading and supporting RFP, RFQ, and tender processes from initiation through supplier selection and award recommendation.
- Preparing sourcing documentation, commercial evaluations, bid analysis, and supplier recommendation reports.
- Advising stakeholders on procurement strategies and supplier engagement approaches.
- Coordinating supplier onboarding activities and ensuring compliance with internal governance requirements.
- Managing purchase order creation, tracking, and execution to support project and operational delivery.
- Supporting contract administration activities, including documentation management, compliance tracking, and supplier performance monitoring.
- Collaborating with suppliers to resolve commercial and operational issues and maintain continuity of supply.
- Producing procurement reports, spend analysis, and performance metrics using procurement systems and reporting tools.
- Supporting procurement governance activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost efficiencies, and supply chain optimisation.
- Managing multiple procurement activities simultaneously across different EMEA locations and time zones.
- Advising management promptly of any procurement, commercial, supplier, or contractual risks that may impact project delivery or business objectives.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of procurement best practices.
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships to support long-term business objectives and project success.

Who We’re Looking For:
Experience, Knowledge And Key Skills
Experience & Skills Required
- 6–10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, supply chain operations, or commercial management.
- Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, engineering, data centre, or other large-scale capital projects is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience conducting RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, commercial bid analysis, and supplier onboarding activities.
- Strong understanding of procurement governance, purchase order management, supplier coordination, and contract administration.
- Experience engaging with cross-functional stakeholders in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI reporting.
- Experience using SAP Ariba, SAP, Compass, or similar procurement and sourcing platforms is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing competing priorities across the EMEA region.
